Doc Victoria Caernarfon
Mid Wales Guttering were delighted to be appointed by the main contractor Watkin Jones Construction Ltd to install all the aluminimun sectional gutters and aluminium downpipes to the new prestigious apartment and shopping complex Doc Fictoria. Doc Victoria is set alongside the beautiful harbour of Caernarfon, looking out over the scenic Menai Straits and the Isle of Anglesey, all just a few minutes walk from the historic town centre. Along with stunning new homes, there are bustling bars and bistros, fashionable cafés and restaurants, an award winning arts centre, a maritime museum and an attractive range of shops and stores.
We were later asked to provide a complicated bespoke column cassette casing system around the main entrance which also had to support the illuminated lettering. The individual box casings had to be meticulously calculated to ensure the exact height and width of the entrance area as no onsite alterations could be made once installation had commenced. The project manager and ourselves were delighted at the end result as you can see from the photographs.
